All content on our Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of CleanCents Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our explicit written permission.

Disclaimer

CleanCents provides an educational and transactional platform for estimating personal carbon emissions, purchasing certified carbon offsets, and exploring ESG investment options.
We do not provide financial advice or regulated investment services.

Payments

CleanCents facilitates purchases via Apple In-App Purchases (IAP), Google Play Billing, and Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to the respective platform’s terms of service.
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. CleanCents does not provide refunds for carbon offsets once a certificate has been confirmed and retired. Offset project descriptions are provided by third parties and are for informational purposes only.

Carbon Offset Certificates

When you purchase a carbon offset certificate through CleanCents, your name and email may be securely shared with trusted third-party providers such as CarbonMark, Toucan Protocol, or others.
These providers retire carbon offset certificates on your behalf and issue proof of retirement in your name.
CleanCents does not guarantee the specific performance or climate impact of any project; all certificates are issued and verified by the third-party provider.

Affiliate Disclosure

CleanCents may receive compensation from ESG providers when you sign up, invest, or take action through links in our platform. This doesn’t affect your cost and allows us to operate and improve our Service.

Marketing Communications

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree that we may send you updates, offers, news, and educational content related to CleanCents and sustainability.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any communication or by contacting us directly.
Transactional and service-related messages are not considered marketing and will still be sent as necessary.

CleanCents Digital Tokens

CleanCents are non-refundable digital tokens representing a user's contribution to our climate mission. They are not e-money, financial instruments, or redeemable for cash.
They cannot be transferred, traded, or stored as a financial asset and are used exclusively within the CleanCents platform for engaging in challenges and offset actions.

Limitation of Liability

CleanCents Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use or inability to use our Service.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in England and Wales.
